About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline and be the primary point of contact for candidates
- Scope new roles and develop interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for permanent and direct hire opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand cybersecurity staffing needs and role requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Assess candidates’ technical qualifications, certifications, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, certifications, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract high quality cybersecurity professionals
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 2 5+ years of recruiting experience in cybersecurity, IT, or technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry certifications
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment
- UAE experience of at least 1 2 years in a client facing role

Job Overview
- Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for a Technology Recruitment Consultant based in UAE.
- Seeking a motivated and detail oriented Cybersecurity Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top cybersecurity talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in cybersecurity, IT, or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry certifications.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for SOC, cloud security, threat intelligence, or compliance roles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Knowledge of certifications including CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CCSP.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for cybersecurity positions including Security Analysts, SOC Analysts, Penetration Testers, Security Engineers, Cloud Security Specialists, GRC Professionals, Incident Responders & CISO level leadership roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
- Assess candidates’ technical qualifications, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, certifications, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
