Job Overview

  • Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for a Technology Recruitment Consultant based in UAE.
  • Seeking a motivated and detail oriented Cybersecurity Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top cybersecurity talent.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in cybersecurity, IT, or technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry certifications.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for SOC, cloud security, threat intelligence, or compliance roles.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
  • Knowledge of certifications including CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CCSP.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and being the primary point of contact for your candidates.
  • Scoping new roles and developing interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates looking for permanent and direct hire opportunities.
  • Evaluating and interfacing with external recruiting organizations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand cybersecurity staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for cybersecurity positions including Security Analysts, SOC Analysts, Penetration Testers, Security Engineers, Cloud Security Specialists, GRC Professionals, Incident Responders & CISO level leadership roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
  • Assess candidates’ technical qualifications, certifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, certifications, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract high quality cybersecurity professionals.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
