About the Role

- Support the development and execution of digital enablement strategies
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital tools and AI to improve performance
- Lead workshops, engagement sessions, and communication initiatives for user readiness and adoption
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, operational teams, technology stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Lead governance meetings, stakeholder workshops, and decision making forums
- Lead multiple concurrent digital transformation, AI adoption, and business technology initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints
- Translate business requirements into actionable project and technology workstreams
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, delivery processes, and business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Technology, Organizational Change Management, or Technology Delivery Programs
- Experience leading enterprise wide digital initiatives and stakeholder engagement programs
- Proven track record managing cross functional teams and complex projects in large organizations
- Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital enablement initiatives is a strong asset
- Experience with change management and organizational adoption strategies
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications are considered assets
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

Job Overview
- Adecco is hiring a full time Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager for a leading organization in Calgary, AB.
- This is a temporary full time 12 month contract position.
- You will serve as a key link between business and technology teams, driving adoption of digital solutions and AI enabled initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Digital Enablement & AI Adoption: Champion adoption of digital technologies, automation, and AI.
- Support development and execution of digital enablement strategies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital tools and AI.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership: Build strong relationships with business leaders and technology stakeholders.
- Act as trusted advisor and facilitator.
- Coordinate efforts between business functions, Data & IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
- Lead governance meetings, stakeholder workshops, and decision making forums.
- Project & Program Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints.
- Business & Technology Alignment: Translate business requirements into actionable project workstreams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Technology, Organizational Change Management, or Technology Delivery Programs.
- Experience leading enterprise wide digital initiatives and stakeholder engagement programs.
