Role Purpose
- The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead and drive the organization's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of high quality talent across business and technology functions.
- The role is responsible for managing end to end recruitment operations, building strong stakeholder relationships, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment delivery aligns with business growth objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing high volume and strategic hiring across multiple business functions.
- Proven experience recruiting for technology, digital, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and regional talent trends.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
