- Assess technology risks, design and implement control frameworks, conduct compliance reviews and audits, and prepare clear reports and recommendations for leadership and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, monitor emerging regulations and best practices, and support remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in technology risk management, IT governance, and regulatory compliance within consulting, financial services, or related sectors.
- Experience designing, reviewing, and testing IT controls, policies, and procedures, including frameworks such as ISO, NIST, or COBIT.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical and regulatory information and translate it into practical actions.
- Proficiency in documenting findings, preparing risk and compliance reports, and communicating clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on site with clients in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with data protection, cybersecurity principles, and regional regulatory requirements in the Middle East is highly beneficial.

Role Description
- The Technology Compliance and Risk Manager will oversee technology related risk, compliance, and governance activities for client engagements, ensuring that systems, processes, and controls align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include assessing technology risks, designing and implementing control frameworks, conducting compliance reviews and audits, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for leadership and clients.
- The role involves collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders, monitoring emerging regulations and best practices, and supporting remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- This is a contract, on site role based in Dubai, requiring regular presence at client and firm locations.
Qualifications
