Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Organization Development Specialist to provide strategic Human Capital (HC) expertise and act as a trusted internal advisor to senior leadership.

This role focuses on shaping and implementing people strategies, driving the talent management agenda, and enhancing organizational effectiveness within a structured, regulated, or complex business environment.

The successful candidate will partner closely with HC leadership and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment between HC initiatives and overall organizational strategy.

Strategic Contribution

  • Cascade the Human Capital strategy into actionable operating plans, ensuring alignment across divisions and functions.
  • Translate HC strategic objectives into practical initiatives that support business goals and workforce needs.
  • Support the development and implementation of HC KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.

Policies, Systems & Governance

  • Ensure effective implementation of HC policies, procedures, and controls in line with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise leadership to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in HC policies and processes to enhance employee experience

Human Capital & Organization Development

  • Collaborate with HC leadership to design and implement HC strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments and implement OD solutions.
  • Design and implement career ladders, job frameworks, and competency models across job families.

Talent Management

  • Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Support leadership development and capability‑building programs.
  • Identify critical roles and develop succession pipelines.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback and survey results to improve culture, satisfaction, and inclusion.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change

  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvement.
  • Support programs that enhance organizational performance and agility.

Performance Management

  • Oversee performance management processes in collaboration with the Talent Management team.
  • Support managers in managing performance and improvement plans.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze HC metrics and reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and sustainability.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between HC and executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and relevant external partners.
  • Coordinate with HC functions such as L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HC certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in regulated, financial, government, or complex organizational environments.
  • At least 4 years in roles with managerial accountability.
  • Proven experience in organization development, succession planning, talent management, and senior stakeholder advisory.
