Wealth Consultant
will lead the development and enhancement of wealth management solutions, focusing on platforms such as
Advent
and
Prospero
.
The role requires deep
domain knowledge in wealth and investment operations
, strong
stakeholder engagement
, and the ability to translate
business requirements into technical solutions
while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wealth management platforms, including Avaloq.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather, prioritize, and validate requirements.
- Own the product backlog and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals and regulatory compliance (e.g., CPF Annual Regulation, Islamic propositions, ECM integration).
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the delivery of features such as SIP workflows, trade settlement automation, and incremental load enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, solutioning, and production support across Advent and Prospero platforms.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues related to VAT invoicing, trade execution, and fee accruals.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in the Wealth Management domain, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Avaloq applications, including understanding of full application lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio types, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINMA, CPF).
- Technical proficiency in managing integrations, incremental data loads, and platform dependencies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
