- Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories
- Act as bridge between business and IT
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
- Coordinate with vendors
- Define test cases and scenarios, support SIT and UAT, track defects and closures
- Support implementation lifecycle, assist in training and go live, provide post go live support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8–10 years of banking experience
- Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience (e.g., Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, AurionPro)
- Cash management and payments knowledge
- Process mapping and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, CSV)
- Data mapping and interface specification skills

Role Overview
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives.
- The role involves close collaboration with corporate banking stakeholders, operations, IT teams, and vendors to design and deliver solutions across payments, collections, liquidity, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
