About the Role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Technician to perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across hotel facilities. The role supports the Engineering team in maintaining safety, efficiency, and guest comfort.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across hotel rooms, public areas, and back of house facilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Ensure all equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Assist in installation of new equipment when required
- Maintain maintenance records and report completed work
- Follow hotel safety standards and procedures at all times
- Coordinate with other engineering team members and departments
- Support emergency repairs when needed
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or a related field
- Previous experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and plumbing
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and understand basic technical manuals and drawings
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written at a basic level)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Physically fit and able to perform hands on maintenance tasks
- Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures

Job Summary
