- Maintain clear communication with the Service Supervisor on repairs and job progress
- Deliver both workshop and field service support as required

Job Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technician – Material Handling Equipment to join our Hangcha Dubai team.
- This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving issues right the first time.
- As a Technician, you will work both in the workshop and in the field, delivering reliable and efficient repair solutions while supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and operational uptime.
