Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance and scheduled servicing on Harley Davidson motorcycles
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using Harley Davidson diagnostic tools and service resources
- Complete repairs according to Harley Davidson factory standards and specifications
- Perform warranty related repairs and maintain accurate records of diagnostics, findings, and corrective actions
- Fit Genuine Harley Davidson Parts and Accessories
- Conduct pre delivery inspections (PDI) for newly delivered motorcycles
- Accurately complete repair orders within assigned labor time allowances
- Perform road tests before and after repairs whenever necessary
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well organized
- Use and maintain all workshop tools and equipment properly
- Attend Harley Davidson technical training programs and maintain required certifications
- Communicate diagnostic results and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and management teams
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Automotive or Motorcycle Technology
- 2–5 years of experience as a motorcycle technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to understand and interpret technical manuals and wiring schematics
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using diagnostic software
- Careful attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Effective problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer satisfaction
- Positive team oriented mindset and ability to perform efficiently in a fast moving work environment
- Previous experience with Harley Davidson motorcycles (preferred)
- Valid motorcycle riding license (preferred)
- Experience attending manufacturer specific training programs (preferred)

Role Overview
- As a Technician Harley Davidson, you will be a critical member of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and accessorizing Harley Davidson motorcycles according to manufacturer guidelines.
