- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in VAT return preparation and Corporate Tax Returns
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for accurate financial reporting
Requirements
- B.Com degree with CA Finalist or ACCA accreditation
- Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Previous UAE work experience in a similar role
- Valid driving license
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Role Overview
- Seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join the dynamic finance team in Abu Dhabi.
- Work in an ONSITE environment supporting core accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily accounting entries.
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.

- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
Must Have Requirements
- B.Com degree with CA Finalist or ACCA accreditation.
- A minimum of 6 years’ relevant accounting experience.
- Previous UAE work experience in a similar role.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in VAT and Corporate Tax preparation specific to the UAE.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
