Role Overview

  • Play a critical role in driving parts sales by proactively engaging with retail customers and the workshop team.
  • Part of the Specialized Sports Equipment team in Abu Dhabi, working in an ONSITE environment.
  • Ensure timely availability of required parts, monitor inventory levels, control aged and slow moving stock.

Responsibilities

  • Handle retail and workshop parts inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support to customers for correct part identification and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work daily with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure on time supply of parts.
  • Follow up on workshop demands, manage back orders, and address urgent requirements.
  • Support the workshop in identifying alternatives when certain parts are not available.
  • Assist with inventory movement, stock levels, and participate in regular stock counts.
  • Manage aged, slow moving, and non moving parts; propose plans for liquidation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order replenishment and track order status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for sales, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs; identify market trends and business opportunities.

Must Have Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive parts sales.
  • Diploma or ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive approach with robust follow up abilities.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
  • Proficient with DMS/ERP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in dealership parts operations (added advantage).

Nice To Have Requirements

  • Knowledge of Polaris, Indian Motorcycles, or power sports parts.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer focused, positive attitude, and results oriented mindset.
  • Strong coordination skills and team player attributes.
  • Effective problem solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments.
