Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and respond promptly to work orders to minimize downtime
- Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and within required timelines
- Conduct safety checks, inspections, and support risk assessments and permit to work systems
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer maintenance and operational standards
- Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, track tasks, and control inventory of parts and tools
- Identify spare parts, tools, and training needs and coordinate with supervisors
- Collaborate with internal departments and contractors to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and teamwork at all times
Requirements
- HND/HNC/TEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical maintenance, mechanical, or electrical engineering
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices and safe working procedures
- Ability to work shifts in a fast paced operational environment
- Willingness and capability to work at height
- Knowledge of ride safety and compliance standards (EN 13814, ASTM, ISO, etc.)
- Experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems
- Experience in theme parks, attractions, or similar environments

- The Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Ain Dubai’s rides, facilities, and equipment, delivering a high quality experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
