Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on Cummins products and systems.
• Improve technician capability, repair accuracy, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Forecast training demand and develop structured training plans.
• Provide technical support and coaching to distributors, dealers, and customers.
• Stay current through train-the-trainer programs and update training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and field performance.
• Support process improvement by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
• Maintain training records and report on service capability and workforce readiness.

Success Requirements

• Communicate effectively in French, Russian, or Arabic.
• Have strong organisational and planning skills.
• Demonstrate continuous self-development.
• Adapt training delivery to different situations and audiences.
• College, university, or equivalent technical experience is required.
• Intermediate relevant work experience, including service experience, is required.
