Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports project managers and project teams in planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing business or technical projects.
The role provides project administration, logistics, reporting, scheduling, risk and issue tracking, and analytical support to help projects meet defined scope, timelines, and resources.
Working under a Project Manager, the position owns well-defined project activities and supports continuous improvement through documentation and lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination, administrative, and logistics support to project managers and project teams.
- Support project planning, execution, deliverables, timelines, scope, milestones, and dependencies.
- Track project issues, risks, corrective actions, budgets, expenses, resources, schedules, and status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, databases, action trackers, meeting notes, and lessons learned.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, presentations, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and support communication across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct basic research and data analysis to support project decisions and recommendations.
