- Debug, identify, and resolve issues related to web based software platforms
- Act as escalation point for Level 1 support and collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Perform data modeling, cleaning, and transformation (ETL) using DAX and Power Query
- Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, Azure) to clean, transform, and model data
- Ensure reports are accurate, efficient, and user friendly; manage workspaces and data security within Power BI service
- Support existing IT systems, infrastructure, and databases
- Reproduce issues in test/staging environments to identify bugs or misconfigurations
- Conduct detailed log analysis, SQL/database checks, and API validation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Support engineering
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ability to write basic queries
- Expert level knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and data manipulation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, modeling)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills

Job Summary
- The technical support engineer for web applications is responsible for debugging, identifying, and resolving issues related to web based software platforms. He acts as the escalation point for Level 1 support and collaborates closely with the development, QA, and infrastructure teams to maintain sys
- Transforms raw data into actionable insights by designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for data modeling, cleaning, and transformation (ETL) utilizing DAX and Power Query.
- Create, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to visualize key performance indicators.
- Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, Azure) to clean, transform, and model data for analysis using Power Query and DAX.
- Ensure reports are accurate, efficient, and user friendly, managing workspaces and data security within the Power BI service.
- Maintenance: Supporting existing IT systems, infrastructure, and databases.
- Collaboration: Working with senior developers, product managers, and testers to deliver features.
- Learning: Rapidly gaining knowledge of tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to web based software platforms.
- Reproducing issues in test/staging environments to identify bugs or misconfigurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
