- Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to executive management

- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations Management or Support Services
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
- Strong background in operational planning, organization, and project management
- Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and performance reporting
- Hands on experience in contract management, vendor management, and operational budgeting
- Proven ability to develop and improve operational policies and procedures
- Strong leadership, decision making, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills

Job Overview
- One of our clients is seeking an experienced Operations & Support Services Manager to lead and oversee the organization's operations and support services, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across the business.
