Job Overview

  • One of our clients is seeking an experienced Operations & Support Services Manager to lead and oversee the organization's operations and support services, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations while supervising cross functional teams.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Enhance operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Oversee support services, including facilities, assets, contracts, vendors, and operational services.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to executive management.
  • Lead operational projects and ensure timely execution in line with approved plans.
  • Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations Management or Support Services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
  • Strong background in operational planning, organization, and project management.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Hands on experience in contract management, vendor management, and operational budgeting.
  • Proven ability to develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Construction, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Retail, Services, or Multi Branch Organizations.
