About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping of the KSA HoReCa landscape to identify high potential outlets
- Drive new product listings and distribution in targeted venues to increase active HoReCa universe
- Act as primary point of contact for venue owners and shisha masters, fostering long term relationships
- Negotiate commercial agreements and listing fees to secure volume commitments and brand visibility
- Oversee end to end execution of brand activations, sampling events, and promotional nights
- Implement and maintain best in class POSM and branding elements to maximize brand awareness
- Monitor and report on KPIs including Volume, Distribution, Trial rates, and ROI on activations
- Gather and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging HoReCa trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in HoReCa, specifically in the KSA market
- Strong understanding of Saudi HoReCa dynamics and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of negotiating listings and commercial terms with venue owners
- Fluent in Arabic and basic understanding of English
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory and work flexible hours

Qualifications

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory and work flexible hours
