- Drive internal learning from complaints through review meetings, action plans, and root cause analysis.
- Manage and lead the team, developing, guiding, and supporting team members to achieve objectives.
- Develop local Technical Sales Support business plans and department operations, including budget development.
Requirements
- Experience in technical service support within the coatings or related industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team and develop staff competence.
- Knowledge of paints specifications, guarantees, and claims management.

Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Ensure technical integrity of how Performance Coatings products and systems are sold and applied.
- Manage the technical part of Performance Coatings complaint processes.
- Drive internal learning from complaints processes by regular review meetings, action plans and follow up.
- Through training ensure knowledge is transferred to the local organization.
- Manage and lead the team by developing, guiding and supporting team members.
- Ensure technical Service policies, procedures, and operating structure are in place.
- Develop local Technical Sales Support business plans and dept. operations, including budget development.
