- Minimum 6 years of experience in construction field, preferably in paints
- UAE driving license preferred
- Competent in MS Office skills
- Proficiency in English and good negotiation skills

Summary of the Role
- Develop and manage key customer accounts by promoting Jotun Decorative products, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing sales and technical support to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Reports to Sales Manager Decorative Projects, based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the customer base through regular market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and projects to achieve sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, quotations, and provide product recommendations.
- Monitor pricing, payments, and customer accounts to achieve profitability and collection targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to deliver excellent customer service.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or any related field related to sales engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction field, preferably in paints.
- Having a UAE driving license is preferred.
- Competent in MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in English and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills to deliver clear ideas and communicate results.
