Position Overview

  • Serve as the technical authority behind FluidAI's commercial team across the Gulf.
  • Anchored in Saudi Arabia and extending across the GCC.
  • Own the technical dimensions of every commercial opportunity.
  • Field intensive role with substantial time on site in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own technical pre and post sales across the GCC.
  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor in the room.
  • Lead the technical content of tenders and RFP responses.
  • Own quote and configuration integrity end to end.
  • Enable our distributor partners technically.
  • Triage and escalate with precision.
  • Establish repeatable commercial technical playbooks.
  • Channel field intelligence into the product.
  • Support evaluation reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in a technical, customer facing healthcare role.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia (or willing to relocate), with flexibility to travel across GCC (70%+ field time).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Confidence operating autonomously in clinical environments.
  • Ability to address hardware, software, and data within a single conversation.
  • Hands on proficiency with CRM and quoting/CPQ systems.
  • Bias toward action and sound judgement.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling into GCC government and group purchasing health systems.
  • Familiarity with NUPCO procurement and SFDA registration in KSA.
  • Working knowledge of hospital EMR/HIS landscape across GCC.
  • Background in surgical or perioperative care pathways.
  • Experience with pricing, bundle configuration, or CPQ systems.
  • BSc in biomedical engineering, engineering, nursing, health sciences, or computer science.
