Responsibilities
- Own technical pre and post sales across the GCC, leading product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in live hospital settings
- Serve as trusted technical advisor, translating hardware, software, and data into clinical and operational value for diverse stakeholders
- Lead technical content of tenders and RFP responses, including specifications, compliance matrices, and regulatory documentation
- Own quote and configuration integrity end to end within CPQ system
- Enable distributor partners technically through product training and documentation
- Triage and escalate technical issues with precision, providing engineering with detail for rapid resolution
- Establish repeatable commercial technical playbooks, including demonstration scripts and evaluation protocols
- Channel field intelligence into product and engineering teams to inform roadmap
- Support evaluation reporting in partnership with data team
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a technical, customer facing healthcare role (clinical applications specialist, technical sales/sales engineering, field/biomedical engineering, or medical device/health software deployment)
- Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate, with flexibility to travel across the Kingdom and wider GCC (70%+ field time)
- Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Confidence operating autonomously in clinical environments (operating rooms, wards, biomedical workshops)
- Ability to address hardware, software, and data within a single conversation, calibrating depth to audience
- Hands on proficiency with CRM and quoting/CPQ systems
- Bias toward action, sound judgement, and ownership of outcomes

Position Overview
- You will serve as the technical authority behind FluidAI's commercial team across the Gulf, the trusted advisor who secures institutional confidence at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Anchored in Saudi Arabia and extending across the GCC, you will own the technical dimensions of every commercial engagement.
- This is a field intensive role with substantial time on site in hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical pre and post sales across the GCC. Lead product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in live hospital settings.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor in the room. Translate hardware, software, and data into clinical and operational value.
- Lead the technical content of tenders and RFP responses.
- Own quote and configuration integrity end to end within CPQ system.
- Enable our distributor partners technically.
- Triage and escalate with precision.
- Establish repeatable commercial technical playbooks.
- Channel field intelligence into the product.
- Support evaluation reporting.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a technical, customer facing healthcare role.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling into or deploying within GCC government and group purchasing health systems.
- Familiarity with NUPCO procurement and SFDA (MDMA) registration in KSA.
- Working knowledge of hospital EMR/HIS landscape across the GCC.
- Background in surgical or perioperative care pathways.
- Experience with pricing, bundle configuration, or CPQ systems.
- BSc in biomedical engineering, engineering, nursing, health sciences, or computer science.
