The Opportunity

  • Seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join Lifting Solutions business in Abu Dhabi.
  • Commercially driven professional with strong technical background and proven experience within UAE energy sector.
  • Key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities across UAE and wider Middle East energy market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
  • Promote EnerMech's Lifting Solutions capabilities while identifying cross sell opportunities.
  • Support negotiation and implementation of framework agreements and long term service contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams for successful project handovers and customer delivery.
  • Represent EnerMech at client meetings, networking events and industry forums.

About You

  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development or operational roles within cranes, lifting or related engineering services.
  • Experience supporting clients across offshore, onshore, industrial, renewables or wider energy sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing tenders, quotations and customer proposals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and develop long term customer partnerships.
  • Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English essential; Arabic language skills considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel throughout UAE and wider Middle East region.
