Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business opportunities across UAE and wider Middle East energy market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders
- Promote EnerMech's Lifting Solutions capabilities and cross sell wider service portfolio
- Support negotiation and implementation of framework agreements and long term service contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure successful project handovers
- Represent EnerMech at client meetings, networking events and industry forums
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development or operational roles within cranes, lifting or related engineering services
- Experience supporting clients across offshore, onshore, industrial, renewables or wider energy sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing tenders, quotations and customer proposals
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic advantageous
- Willingness to travel throughout UAE and wider Middle East
