About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and client's specific requirements
- Carry out pre operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas
- Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately
- Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork
- Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed
Requirements
- Secondary school education or equivalent technical qualifications
- National Crane Operator Certification or equivalent recognition
- Experience operating cranes in a variety of environments, preferably in offshore settings
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team and during operations
- Availability for flexible working hours and traveling to different project sites
