Responsibilities
- Develop and support technical sales activities across Africa, GCC & Middle East markets
- Engage with consultants, contractors, distributors, EPC companies, and end clients
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the regional customer portfolio
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and trade exhibitions when required
- Receive, identify, and manage project inquiries, tenders, specifications, and technical requirements
- Review electrical and mechanical drawings, project documentation, and technical standards
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
- Follow projects and quotations until award and order stage
- Support product selection, coordinated systems, certifications, and customized technical solutions
- Coordinate internally regarding project execution and customer requirements
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when required
- Maintain strong relationships with regional partners, distributors, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Technical Sales, Project Sales, Tendering, or Engineering environments
- Experience within electrical infrastructure, industrial products, MEP, utilities, lighting, telecom, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, tenders, and project environments
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals
- English is mandatory
- Arabic and/or French are strong advantages
- Willingness to travel across the region when required

Position Overview
- We are currently supporting a European industrial group specialized in Aviation Warning Lighting & Electrical Protection solutions in the recruitment of a Technical Sales Engineer to join their Dubai office supporting projects across Africa, GCC & Middle East regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support technical sales activities across Africa, GCC & Middle East markets.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, distributors, EPC companies, and end clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the regional customer portfolio.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and trade exhibitions when required.
- Receive, identify, and manage project inquiries, tenders, specifications, and technical requirements.

- Operate as a technical consultant across multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Technical Sales, Project Sales, Tendering, or Engineering environments.
- Experience within electrical infrastructure, industrial products, MEP, utilities, lighting, telecom, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, tenders, and project environments.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to GCC / Africa / Middle East projects is highly preferred.
- English is mandatory.
- Arabic and/or French are strong advantages.
- Willingness to travel across the region when required.
