The Operations function is hiring a Yard Coordinator for used-vehicle inspection and procurement activities.
The role supports retail, auction, and consumer-to-consumer vehicle transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate used cars for purchase.
- Follow standard operating procedures and complete inspections without errors.
- Close inspected vehicle purchases on the spot or through follow-up.
- Maintain healthy margins for procured vehicles.
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders about procured vehicles.
- Work at different locations as required.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Two to three years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle evaluation, car procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of used-car inspection, vehicle evaluation, and the pre-owned automotive market.
- Knowledge of vehicle condition, specifications, pricing, resale value, and margin factors.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to changing locations and business requirements.
