Cars24 Arabia is hiring a Warranty Associate within its UAE Refurbishment function.
The role focuses on automotive warranty and customer experience operations.
Responsibilities
- Own warranty complaints from portal intake through resolution.
- Contact customers, understand concerns, and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Educate customers on warranty coverage, vehicle concerns, and next steps.
- Arrange customer inspections at their locations when required.
- Coordinate vehicle movement to workshops for inspection or repair.
- Manage follow-ups independently and prevent cases from remaining unattended.
- Coordinate with internal teams and workshops to meet resolution timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in the automobile sector.
- Prior customer-facing workshop experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong practical automotive knowledge is required.
- Good proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure is required.
- UAE automotive experience is a plus.
