Cars24 Arabia is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant within its Sales function.
The role is based around customer consultations, vehicle test drives, and automotive sales.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at the hub and conduct test drives.
- Follow standard operating procedures to deliver consistent experiences.
- Promote and sell value-added services during the purchase journey.
- Explain financing and insurance solutions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Understand and respond to each customer's needs.
- Build trust through service and relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Two to three years of relevant automobile sales experience.
- Solid understanding of the used car market and business acumen.
- Technical expertise in engines, parts, and mechanical subjects.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Arabic language capability is specified in the job title.
