We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Publications Specialist to own the development and ongoing maintenance of documentation across all Jaia Robotics product lines. This is an in-person role based at our Bristol, RI office. Working closely with engineering, product, and field teams, this individual will be responsible for producing accurate, user-friendly documentation that enables customers to confidently set up, operate, and troubleshoot our systems. Deliverables include illustrated written manuals and instructional videos for the full JaiaBot product ecosystem, covering hardware and software.
This role carries an urgent near-term deliverable: a complete first version of all product documentation must be ready by August 2026 in support of new defense client onboarding. Beyond that milestone, the Technical Publications Specialist will maintain and iterate documentation continuously as products evolve, ensuring that all materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with the latest product versions across our Defense, Environmental, and Research markets.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience writing technical manuals for complex hardware and software products, and is equally comfortable translating engineering specifications into clear prose and structuring step-by-step visual guides.
