Production Tech Intern

Production Tech interns build , service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aquatic drone systems. You must understand electrical and electronic systems, sensor and feedback principles, and how robots communicate and work as machines. There is an opportunity to work with vendors, supply chain, and contract manufacturers.

The intern role will include fieldwork with the JaiaBot Platform. You will be assisting in designing a plan for field tests, running acceptance tests for production and with customer demonstrations.

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of the Jaiabot

Use tools such as soldering irons, drills, torque wrenches, and precision instruments to build Jaiabots as well as test fixtures and associated parts.

Follow detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions to ensure proper assembly.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Conduct functional and performance tests on Jaibots and all associated parts of the Jaiabot system.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, or software defects.

Ensure all products meet quality standards, documenting test results.
