About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the integrated project plan across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform, and business workstreams
- Coordinate current state assessment and target state implementation activities
- Track migration waves, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations
- Manage coexistence risks between existing and target platforms
- Track report migration, ETL migration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign off
- Track licensing optimization and decommissioning milestones
- Maintain RAID logs, status reports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance
- Ensure legacy components are not left running unnecessarily after target state migration
- Support change management, communication, and business readiness
Requirements
- Strong experience managing technical data, BI, DWH, or platform transformation programs
- Understanding of data architecture, ETL, BI, governance, MDM, and cloud modernization concepts
- Strong planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models
- Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams
