- Manage the integrated project plan across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform, and business workstreams
- Coordinate current state assessment and target state implementation activities
- Track migration waves, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations
- Manage coexistence risks between existing and target platforms
- Track report migration, ETL migration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign off
- Track licensing optimization and decommissioning milestones
- Maintain RAID logs, status reports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance
- Ensure legacy components are not left running unnecessarily after target state migration
- Support change management, communication, and business readiness
Requirements
- Experience managing full transformation programs across current state assessment, target state design, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and cost optimization
- Ability to manage integrated project plans across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform, and business workstreams
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations
- Proficiency in maintaining RAID logs, status reports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance
- Experience managing coexistence risks between existing and target platforms
- Ability to track report migration, ETL migration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign off
- Experience tracking licensing optimization and decommissioning milestones
- Support change management, communication, and business readiness
