Role overview
Technical Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital and transformation projects.
The role works with product managers, engineers, business leaders, technology leaders, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital and transformation projects.
- Align projects with business strategy and value delivery goals.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Facilitate executive reviews and critical project discussions.
- Manage dependencies, critical path activities, risks, issues, and project changes.
- Track progress, adjust plans, and provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of milestones, decisions, risks, and changes.
- Support standardized project management practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of project management experience and at least 5 years in the technology industry.
- Experience delivering technology upgrades, IT solution decommissioning, large-scale technology activations, and Oracle, SAP, or ERP technology stacks.
- Experience delivering projects as a project manager without leadership responsibility for the project team.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
