Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projects.
  • Align projects with business strategy and ensure high-impact value delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical discussions with business and technology leaders.
  • Monitor progress, risks, issues, critical paths, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation of milestones, decisions, risks, and changes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular status reports to leadership.
  • Support standardized project management practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of overall project management experience and 5 years in the technology industry.
  • Proven delivery experience with technical projects, technology upgrades, IT decommissioning, large-scale technology activation, Oracle, SAP, or ERP implementations.
  • Experience delivering projects without direct leadership of the project team.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar planning tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Project management certification is advantageous.

AI and Technical Experience

  • Experience delivering AI and automation projects.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Rovo.
  • Experience managing Gen-AI projects is advantageous.
  • Expertise in EU AI law is advantageous.
