IT Operations and Infrastructure
- Manage daily IT operations across networks, servers, storage, cloud, on-premises systems, and end-user systems.
- Support Meraki MX, core and access switches, wireless access points, VMware ESXi servers, and call manager systems.
- Maintain infrastructure availability, performance, reliability, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team.
- Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Infrastructure Compliance
- Implement and monitor IT security measures and compliance with IT policies, standards, and data protection regulations such as ISO 27001.
- Conduct awareness training, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
Vendors, Assets, and Support
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, renewals, and support agreements.
- Maintain hardware, software, license, and networking equipment inventories.
- Provide escalation support and maintain IT support services against SLAs.
Projects and Network Operations
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, technology implementations, and change initiatives.
- Manage lease lines, routers, switches, load balancers, print servers, network rooms, and connectivity troubleshooting.
