What You’ll Do
- Coordinate security and reliability incidents end to end, from initial triage through resolution.
- Design incident management processes, runbooks, and escalation frameworks that scale with company growth.
- Lead post-incident reviews and drive remediation programs, tracking follow-up items and accountability.
- Build incident readiness through tabletop exercises, on-call improvements, and real-time situational-awareness tooling.
- Translate technical incident status into clear updates for executives, legal, and customer success.
