The Customer Education team is building technical infrastructure for Harvey Academy and the help center.
The Automation Engineer will own AI agents, automation pipelines, video content systems, and related learning technology.
The role partners with education, content, product, user operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
What you will do
- Build and maintain AI agents using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM APIs for content workflows.
- Own and optimize Skilljar and Sanity CMS integrations for reliable and extensible publishing.
- Identify content-operations bottlenecks and build automation to improve speed and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally on systems improvements and AI-driven innovation in customer education.
- Explore interactive learning components guided by instructional design direction.
