The Customer Education team is building technical infrastructure for Harvey Academy and the help center.
The Automation Engineer owns AI agents, automation pipelines, learning technology integrations, and related content systems.
The role partners with customer education, content, product, user operations, and go-to-market teams to create scalable technical solutions.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain AI agents with Anthropic Claude and OpenAI LLM APIs for content creation, review, and publishing workflows.
- Own and optimize Skilljar and Sanity CMS integrations for reliable and extensible content publishing.
- Identify content-operations bottlenecks and build automation to improve speed and scalability.
- Partner with Product, User Operations, and GTM to identify system improvements and AI-driven innovation.
- Explore interactive learning components based on instructional design direction from team members.
