Role Overview
The Recruiting Operations Manager leads the team and programs that support Harvey's recruiting function.
The role manages Recruiting Coordinators, scales tier-one operations, and builds programs for the recruiting experience.
What You Will Do
- Manage the Recruiting Coordinator team, scheduling volume, tier-one operations, and daily team performance and development.
- Partner with the Senior Systems Analyst to identify operational pain points and implement automation.
- Lead interviewer enablement, candidate experience, internal mobility, and alumni or rehire programs.
- Design and implement process improvements that reduce friction for recruiting stakeholders and candidates.
- Serve as an escalation point for scheduling and coordination issues.
- Partner with Recruiting, Business Systems, and People Operations to align programs with talent strategy.
