Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of strategic technology programs from planning through execution and launch
- Define program scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics
- Build and maintain comprehensive execution plans across multiple engineering teams
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives involving Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Operations
- Drive alignment between business priorities and engineering execution
- Track multiple concurrent technical workstreams while ensuring delivery against commitments
- Manage backend, mobile, web, DevOps, data, infrastructure, and platform initiatives simultaneously
- Coordinate API integrations, third party dependencies, payment gateway implementations, banking integrations, cloud infrastructure deployments, and production releases
- Identify execution risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Remove blockers, facilitate decision making, and resolve cross functional conflicts
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog reviews, program reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Prepare executive dashboards, program status reports, risk registers, dependency trackers, and delivery metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Project Management
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex software programs involving multiple engineering teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban
- Solid technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architectures
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools

About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the execution and delivery of complex, cross functional technology initiatives.
- This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Business teams.
- The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with outstanding program management and stakeholder management skills.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Solid technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architectures.
- Ability to effectively partner with engineering teams without being a hands on developer.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, digital wallets, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of payment processing, card issuing, remittances, financial integrations, or banking systems.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or security related programs.
- Familiarity with engineering KPIs, DORA metrics, release management, and delivery governance.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
