About the Role
Huru, a CBUAE-licensed neobank, seeks an Offline Marketing Manager to own on-ground marketing strategy and execution. You will drive awareness among employers and workers through labour camp activations, exchange house partnerships, and industry events.

Responsibilities
- Build Huru's presence with employers and exchange houses through structured outreach, field visits, and on site engagement
- Represent Huru at industry forums, owner communities, and professional associations
- Develop and execute co marketing initiatives with exchange house partners
- Plan and execute labour camp activation programs including product demonstrations, KYC support, and first time user onboarding
- Lead community engagement initiatives across worker residential areas and labour accommodation facilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for employer HR and payroll teams
- Execute field campaigns to increase remittance transactions through the Huru app
- Track campaign performance, activation to usage conversion, and regional KPIs
- Serve as central point of coordination for all offline marketing and activation initiatives
- Build relationships with employer associations, business councils, HR communities, and relevant industry forums
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in offline, field, or activation marketing, preferably within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services in the UAE
- Proven experience executing large scale ground activation campaigns, including labour camps, community outreach, employer engagement, or field events
- Strong network across the UAE B2B ecosystem, including exchange houses, employer communities, HR forums, business councils, or professional associations
- Experience managing field teams and coordinating multiple activations simultaneously across different locations
- Ability to design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for non technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu would be a strong advantage

- We process over 150,000 salaries every month and operate through a network of 12 exchange house partnerships.
- We're looking for an Offline Marketing Manager to own Huru's on ground marketing strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For
