About the Role
Huru, a UAE-based fintech company, is looking for a versatile Content & Creative Designer to own the visual identity of consumer-facing output end-to-end. You will create marketing assets, manage social media content, edit video, and leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Create marketing assets across print and digital, including in app banners, promotional creatives, brand assets, and POSM
- Build and maintain brand consistent design templates across multiple formats and channels
- Design high performing creatives for paid social and digital marketing campaigns
- Produce both Arabic and English versions of marketing collateral
- Brief and manage the social media agency to deliver content aligned with Huru's brand voice and campaign strategy
- Repurpose agency created content for performance marketing and digital campaigns
- Build and maintain the content calendar in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Edit short form video content, including Reels, Stories, customer testimonials, and product demos
- Support and coordinate on ground shoots, including testimonials, user generated content (UGC), and behind the scenes footage
- Manage influencer content workflows, including briefing, reviewing deliverables, securing usage rights, and repurposing content
- Leverage AI powered creative tools for image generation, video editing, and copy assistance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative or design role, preferably within an agency, consumer brand, fintech, e commerce, or neobank environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
- Hands on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar
- Excellent ability to interpret creative briefs and independently translate strategic direction into original, brand aligned visual content
- Experience managing or coordinating with external creative agencies
- Good understanding of performance marketing creative principles across social media, display advertising, and out of home (OOH) campaigns
- Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are preferred but not mandatory

About the Role
- We're looking for a versatile Content & Creative Designer who can operate across the full creative spectrum—from brand assets and app creatives to social content and field activation materials.
- You'll own the visual identity of Huru's consumer facing output end to end while helping manage our creative agency for social and digital performance content.
- You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Field Activation, B2B Sales, and Product teams.
What You'll Do Design & Production
- Create marketing assets across print and digital, including in app banners, promotional creatives, brand assets, and POSM (roll up banners, posters, flyers, door stickers, business cards, etc.).
- Build and maintain brand consistent design templates across multiple formats and channels.
- Design high performing creatives for paid social and digital marketing campaigns.
- Produce both Arabic and English versions of marketing collateral.

- Brief and manage the social media agency to deliver content aligned with Huru's brand voice and campaign strategy.

- Leverage AI powered creative tools for image generation, video editing, and copy assistance to accelerate production and reduce reliance on external vendors for routine creative work.
What We're Looking For Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a creative or design role, preferably within an agency, consumer brand, fintech, e commerce, or neobank environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent, with experience creating short form content.
- Hands on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Excellent ability to interpret creative briefs and independently translate strategic direction into original, brand aligned visual content.
- Experience managing or coordinating with external creative agencies.
- Good understanding of performance marketing creative principles across social media, display advertising, and out of home (OOH) campaigns.
- Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, lean environment where you'll often be the primary creative resource.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience within fintech, neobanking, e commerce, or financial services.
- UAE market experience, particularly working with blue collar or migrant worker audiences.
- Experience managing UGC and influencer content workflows.
