Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of an airport systems service contract.
The role covers service performance, client governance, technical resourcing, commercial oversight, risk management and operational transition.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract delivery, SLA and KPI performance.
- Act as the primary client interface and lead contract governance meetings.
- Manage manpower resourcing, mobilization and certified coverage across technical disciplines.
- Handle major incident escalations and SLA breaches.
- Manage OEMs and subcontractors under a single service delivery framework.
- Monitor commercial performance and cost-optimization commitments.
- Maintain contract risk registers and manage transition activities with minimal disruption.
- Review and approve monthly service performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification is required.
- ITIL Expert or ITIL Managing Professional certification is required.
- At least 12 years of ICT or ELV service delivery experience is required.
- Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts is required.
- Airport or mission-critical operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance and leadership skills are required.
- Candidates must comply with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and be eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass.
