Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract delivery, including SLA and KPI performance.
- Act as the primary client interface and lead contract governance meetings.
- Manage manpower resourcing, mobilization, and certified coverage across technical disciplines.
- Handle escalations related to major incidents and SLA breaches.
- Manage OEMs and subcontractors under a unified service delivery framework.
- Monitor commercial performance and cost-optimization commitments.
- Maintain contract risk registers and manage transition activities with minimal operational disruption.
- Review and approve monthly service performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- ITIL Expert or ITIL Managing Professional certification.
- At least 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.
- Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts.
- Airport or mission-critical operations experience strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance, and leadership skills.
- Compliance with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and eligibility to hold an MOI airport security pass.
