Primary Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline is required.
- A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification is required.
- ITIL Expert or ITIL Managing Professional certification is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in ICT or ELV service delivery is required.
- Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts is required.
- Airport or mission-critical operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance, and leadership skills are required.
- Candidates must comply with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and be eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass.
Experience and Qualifications
- Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Arabic written and spoken is preferred.
- Relevant work experience is required under Article 4.2.4 of Appendix A.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience working in an IT environment is preferred.
- Good numerical skills and basic statistical knowledge are required.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures is required.
- Computer skills, including the ability to operate software such as the MS Office Suite, are required.
- Effective organisational and written communication skills are required.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Support ICT and ELV service delivery for large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts.
- Coordinate service-delivery activities across stakeholders while maintaining commercial, governance, and leadership standards.
- Maintain compliance with HSE, cybersecurity, and airport-security requirements.
- Support office administration, bookkeeping procedures, and technical service documentation.
