Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across network and infrastructure systems.
- Oversee Network L2/L3, NOC, Netka, cable-management and CMS drawings, IPTV, and clock systems.
- Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.
- Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.
- Approve SOPs, method statements, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.
- Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
- Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or IT.
- Certifications related to core systems such as Aruba/HPE, Cisco, and NMS.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- At least 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of network and infrastructure systems, troubleshooting, and OEM management.
- Leadership and mentoring capability.
- Ability to meet airport security, HSE, and cybersecurity requirements.
