Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality and Service Management Plan and quality-assurance program.
- Audit SOP compliance, CMDB accuracy, and preventive-maintenance performance.
- Review major-incident root-cause analyses and align reporting with ITSM records.
- Monitor incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes.
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs.
- Support ISO certification activities and client audits.
- Manage quality documentation and service audit readiness.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in engineering, IT, quality, or a related field.
- ISO/IEC 20000 and/or ISO 27001 Practitioner or Lead Auditor certification.
- ITIL Expert certification.
- Quality-management background.
- At least eight years of service quality or service management experience, including auditing.
- Strong analytical, auditing, and process-management skills.
- Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and continual service improvement.
- Must meet airport HSE, cybersecurity, and security requirements.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
