- Perform hands on configuration updates across systems (contract templates, DocuSign, workflows, field configurations)
- Own day to day system administration including user access, security management, environment validation, and configuration testing
- Act as primary technical interface with vendor, creating high quality tickets and tracking work to completion
- Participate in testing and validation of vendor releases, ensuring regression impacts are identified and core workflows remain stable
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in Technical Product Owner / Sr. BSA / Technical Administrator role
- Experience working with vendor driven platforms (outsourced development models)
- Experience with complex enterprise workflows (financial / contract systems preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs & system integrations
- Experience with backlog management tools
- Strong prioritization and decision making ability
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders

Role Summary
- The Technical Product Owner (TPO) will be responsible for a combination of enterprise platforms that enable end to end processing of loan and rental transactions, including application capture, credit evaluation, contract creation, and digital signature workflows.
- This role sits at the intersection of business, technology and vendor delivery ensuring that enhancements, incidents, and platform evolution are prioritized, executed, and aligned to enterprise value.
- The TPO acts as the single point of control for what gets built and when, while ensuring operational stability of critical dealer, billing, and collections workflows.

- Develop deep understanding of loan and rental origination flows in EDGE, data transitions into ASSET, and contract lifecycle
- Act as primary technical interface with vendor, creating high quality tickets and tracking work to completion
- Participate in testing and validation of vendor releases, ensuring regression impacts are identified and core workflows remain stable
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in Technical Product Owner / Sr. BSA / Technical Administrator role
- Experience working with vendor driven platforms (outsourced development models)
- Experience with complex enterprise workflows (financial / contract systems preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs & system integrations
- Experience with backlog management tools and data flows and process mapping
- Strong prioritization and decision making ability
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Experience managing competing stakeholder demands across business units
Compensation
- CAD 74,817 CAD 118,211 base salary plus potential incentive pay
