Full Job Posting
- Work with leadership and internal regulatory SMEs to shape the product roadmap, and turn longer-term strategic and product objectives into near-term deliverables
- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped engineering problems that engineering teams can actually build against
- Ensure the engineering team is prioritizing correctly day-to-day, balancing urgent customer needs and longer-term milestones through structured, executable tickets
- Own customer activation and go deep on product analytics: figure out why features are not landing with users and fix it
- Default to rapid build-measure-learn loops to ship a prototype, get real user signal, and iterate fast rather than waiting on the next sprint
- Prototype hands-on (Claude, Cursor, whatever works) to de-risk before building
- Work in tight loops with our designer, from concept to polished user flow
- Keep engineering and design coordinated: specs, mocks, and tickets in sync and moving
- Use AI tools in your own workflow to optimize output
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally B2B/enterprise SaaS.
- Comfortable going deep on an incredibly complex regulated domain; Regulatory/energy experience will be a plus
- Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar), enough to ship a working prototype yourself, not just describe one
- A track record of running tight, high-trust loops with design and engineering on small, lean teams
- Bias to action: scrappy v1 over perfect PRD
- Superb communicator and ability to collaborate with multiples teams
- Low-ego approach to working with design and engineering
- Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer or designer is a plus
- Competitive Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this role in Canada is $120,000 CAD - $160,000 CAD with most new hires joining near the midpoint. Actual salaries may vary within the range, or above or below it, based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and business needs.
- Equity
- Comprehensive health benefits from day one, for you and your dependents
- Time Off: 20 vacation days + 5 flex days around EOY holidays
